Easy Eggless French toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt

Nutmeg powder

Method

Wash the bread and soak them in water for 1 hour. Add the sugar to the bread and soak it again for 1 hour.

Add salt, nutmeg and sugar to the eggs and mix them well.

Heat oil in a frying pan and pour the mixture of egg and milk. Fry the bread for 2 to 3 minutes and then remove from the frying pan.

Remove the bread and serve them.

Pancakes

Pancake is a very popular dish in India and is served in various places. Pancakes are generally made of flour and milk, which are very healthy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup milk

Method

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and milk in a bowl. After that, add oil to a frying pan and let it get hot. Pour the pancake batter into the hot oil and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Avocados are nutritious fruit with a lot of vitamins and minerals, so they are a perfect ingredient for making sandwiches.

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 tomatoes

  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Method

Slice the avocado and tomato, and add salt and pepper. Now spread some olive oil and put the avocado and tomato on the bread.
