Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp of chopped onion
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of red chili powder

Preparation:

Take a large bowl and add the ingredients. Now mix them well and keep them aside for an hour.

Spicy Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken breast
  • 200 g of carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup of white flour

Preparation:

Take a large pot and put the chicken, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, red chilli powder and white flour. Boil the mixture for 20 minutes.

Vegetable Pickles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of onion
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 cup of cucumber
  • 1 cup of green chilies
  • 1 tsp of mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp of coriander leaves

Preparation:

Chop the vegetables and put them in a wide bowl. Now crush the mustard seeds and add them to the vegetables. Add salt, turmeric and chili powder to the vegetables and mix them well. Transfer them to a clean glass jar and keep them in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.

Bread Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of tomato
  • 1 cup of boiled potatoes
  • 2 cups of fresh salad greens
  • 1 cup of cabbage
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 cup of radish

Preparation:

Take a big pan and add the boiled vegetables to it. Add salt and pepper to them and mix them well. Take a plate and take 1 cup of bread crumbs. Cut the bread into small cubes and add them to the vegetables. Cook them on a medium flame for 15 minutes.

Mango and Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 ripe pineapples
  • 1/2 cup of raw papaya
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of mint leaves

Preparation:

Cut the papaya and cucumber into cubes and add them to the bowl. Chop the pineapple and mango and add them to the bowl. Mix the salad and garnish it with mint leaves.
